  • Software License Agreement and Terms of Use

    1. Introduction

    Welcome to Sensory Software. By downloading, installing, or using this Software, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

    2. License Grant

    Sensory-Design by Muriel Celinger (“Licensor”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software solely for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not allow you to distribute, sublicense, or modify the Software.

    3. No Refund Policy

    All sales of the Software are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. By purchasing the Software, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason.

    4. Intellectual Property

    The Software and all related materials are the intellectual property of the Licensor. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Software.

    5. Restrictions

    You may not:

    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
    • Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Software.
    • Use the Software in any manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    The Licensor is not responsible for any damage to your computer or other devices that may result from the use or installation of the Software. The Software has been tested on Windows operating systems, and compatibility with other systems is not guaranteed.

    7. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is with you.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this Software, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Additionally, this Software is intended for medical use but is not classified as a medical device. Although it has been used in ICU settings with Helsinki approval.

    9. Governing Law

    This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Your Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
